All-in-one All Metal Hotend Adapter

This is an adapter which attaches to the body of an all metal hotend body, such as the E3D V6 extruder.

This incorperates:

- 30mm hotend fan mount

- 50mm radial object cooling fan mount (I may also include a version for 40mm case fan)

- G9 servo mount for auto bed leveling

- 5mm LED light mount built into Object cooler duct. (cooler duct must be printed in clear material to allow LEDs to illuminate Object cooler duct)
