MK8 External Extruder Tube Adapter

Used the thread from "Angled Dry Box Feeder" by sarman_1998, the other components of this thing where designed using SketchUP.

First "thing" so please leave feedback :)

Updated to take less space, the screw hole should now sit exactly ontop of the extruder intake.
also finally corrected the rotation, so no need to rotate before printing anymore ;)
