Diamond hotend for linear slider

I customized the diamond hotend to fit a linear slider.

Additionally the screwholes are smaller to use M3 screws (without the need of the nuts)
available with a single or double socket for attaching additional items (maybe a double part cooler, a proximity sensor, ...)

My suggestion is to print the double socket one, you never now what you wanna add later ;-)
