Anet 12864 LCD display frame

I've upgraded the Anet A8 LCD display to the display from the Anet A6.
(if you want one, search on aliexpress for Anet A6 display)

I replaced the original knob with this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2449940

This upgrade improves a lot on the original display, the 5 button display is quite bad to operate.

This frame was designed to be a press fit onto https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2267628.

With this frame the LCD is more protected and also I think it looks nicer.
