Kossel / 2040 Mount Adapter for Bondtech's Standard Mount.

This simple adapter allows the Bondtech extruder to mounted onto 2040 extrusion using their standard mount. This allows enough clearance on 2040 for the carriages to ride in the front rail.

I used m4 x20 button head screws to mount the standard mount to the adapter with washers and some nylock nuts. The same screws were also used to fit the top of t
