Mount for C270 tripod arms

Used Bracket idea from a Z-Brace mount and made a bracket designed to screw on to one of the legs of a lack table (or similar enclosure). This holds the 2020_clip_arm.stl arm from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2320488.
