preload adjuster zx10r

you can print these preloaders for Kawasaki zx10r 2008 model, don't know about the rest. they are a snap on as I did not want to do any damage to the nut or cylinder by using a nut. if possible just fix it to the bike with a bead of silicone due to vibrations.
