Lawnmower cable clip

Clip to hold the cables on a Craftsmen lawnmower handle. Lawnmower did not have anything holding the cables, so someone zip tied the cables tight to the handle. When the handle was folded up, the cables were over stretched and snapped. After replacing the cables, I made this to hold the cables in place but still allow them to move when the handle is folded.
