Lathe Lamp Holder Jig

This is designed to work with a [Grizzly G0462 Lathe](http://www.grizzly.com/products/Wood-Lathe-With-Digital-Readout/G0462). I'm using [this desk lamp](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N9SLBXK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1).

Otherwise, the only other non-printed piece here that doesn't come with the other parts is the piece of wood. I'm using a ~ 4" x 12" (100mm x 300mm) piece in the model, but on the lathe itself it's probably more like 10x3. Anything will work.
