Easy pins for Linkage hand

After many many hours, and dropping pins all over the place i came up with better ones that would have saved me tons of time threading the things, oh well it will be easier building another hand if i need to :)

Basically the same as the last ones but slightly cone shaped at the top to make it easier to start
