Anet A6 anti Z-wobble top plates

I had a slight Z-wobble when my Anet A6 printer was getting at the top.

Have been looking around thingiverse for a solution, but only found a bearing holder, making the maximum printing height shorter.

So created my own top plates keeping the same simple design as the original plates, but will hold a 608ZZ bearing in the plate itself, so it will not sacrifice any of the height.

Added a small peg for easy tie wrapping the wires to, and added dust caps for all the rods.
