5 inch disc sanding holder for lathe chuck

This is a 5" orbital sand paper holder that I designed to clamp into my wood lathe. A 4 jaw chuck bites down onto this and holds it stable for sanding. I just used monoprice pla and it has ground everything form steel to 3d parts with ease, I thought heat would be an issue but its holding round perfectly. I use wood glue to adhere new paper and a chisel to remove worn down paper. I am using a wooden box that I made as the sanding surface in order to get nice 90 degree sanding angles. Always
