BPI-R1 remixed cooling case

Modified the design:
- added holes ( done in tinkercad.com):
* cooling on the side
* SD card for easy swap
* custom DC connector (goes to bat power)
* moved WiFi holes down a bit
cannot use WiFi antenna and HDMI cable at the same time
* covered HDD screw hole as I saw no real usage (need to take mobo out of the case to change HDD anyway)
- redesigned top cover in 123D Design to fit a fan
- made a cap for SD card (did not used it yet)
