Master Chief Magnet

This was based off a model I found here on Thingiverse (I hope I have credited it correctly).
I cut off the head, removed interior mesh vertices, and added a base in which a small rare-earth magnet can be glued.

Unfortunately, we use something like a Scrum or Kanban process at work and someone thought it would be so cute to stick our faces on the magnets we use on the Scrum board (well pictures of our faces, I suppose). Some people use 2D printers and some use 3D printers.
