Remix from [WaveSupportAparatus' design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1660555).
Changes from original:
1) Spring mount remodeled. Spring side has a draft to help insert the spring and has an indentation to help fix it.
2) Spring mount has a M3 compatible hole for screwing the fan, and the Base has a pin to insert the mount. You can use glue to fix it in place.
3) Base has the pin described above, and has a place to insert 14x9x12mm rubber feet underneath using M3 screw.
