Gamecube Eject Button (DOL-001)

As notified in the comments, apparently this will only work for the DOL-001 model of GameCube and not the later variant that lacks the digital AV port on the back (DOL-101)

needed one, so I made it, figured I might as well share it, hopefully someone finds this useful
