9.5mm DVD CDRom Cover plate - Flat Style - SSD Drive Caddy Bezel

I had a 9.5mm SSD to DVD Rom caddy for my Dell M4500 I got from here:

It had an angular bezel as shown in the picture on the left. When I got an M4700, it used a flat bezel. Instead of spending the 45 bucks, and having to cut the LED off again since it was obnoxious, I just threw this together. Took around 4 prints to get it to fit right.
