Prusa pliers holder

kudos to cpumagicman for the pliers holder. Been using yours since you 1st posted it.

I finally got around to tweaking it for my needs.

Biggest changes are tool density and making it so the tool tips don't go so low as to interfere with the X-axis motor on my Lulzbot prusa
