S.T.E.V.E E3DV6 Bowden Mount 40mm fans

A new mount for Bowden setup for S.T.E.V.E by CRT https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2146430

This uses a 40mm fan compared to the stock 30mm that E3Dv6 comes with.
I reccomend printing this part in atleast PETG as the heatblock can radiate enough heat to weaken PLA.

parts required:
1x 40mm fan of choice, I use a Noctua but any with the same cfm as the stock 30mm will work.
