Spinphoresis - Spinning Water Electrophoresis

An initial concept design for a spinning electrophoresis device. One disc-electrode is connected to the central well, and 8 other electrodes are connected around the outer edge of the device. A voltage potential is set up such that charged molecules will head towards one of the outer electrodes at a given time, and a timed counter circuit switches the connected outer electrode at a defined rate (pulse-width modulation could be used to simulate a continuous path around the outer edge).
