Ormerod1 bed (Ormerod2 style) for laser cutter

Bed model on original RepRap Ormerod1 with triangle shape as in O2.
Cut in acrylic 3mm or thicker. I use Superglue to join two parts together.

To open/edit file use cad software (I use free DraftSight).

As there are joggles for nuts, you need to use thick object to calibrate. Each rotation of nut creates 0.4 mm distant. To calibrate:
1.check distance.
2.lift table to gain access to nut, adjust it.
3.slide nuts back and measure again.
