This is a Pulley. This is a back muscles machine.
My friend who weighs 100kg hung on it, so don't worry about endurance.
The Pulley gives you many options to excercise. It all depends on your ingenuity.
If you try it you will understand it.
In the photo I perform my favorite triceps exercise.

To mount this Pulley you need 3 screws M5x30 and nuts. A good idea is lubrication the wheel.
