This is a Hot End Cooler for the FLSUN Mini Kossel delta pre fabricated 2017 with the old effector.
The effector uses the original delivered 40mm fan for the hot end and two separate radial blower fans type UNITEDPRO B3510X05B. These fans were usually driven by 5 volts. But with 12 volt outlet of the ramps board and and percentage of 40% the blower work fine. If you get to 100% the hotend temperature will decrease to much and the printer stops.
I printed the cooler with a form 2 SLA printer
