Antique Toy Car Wheel

A friend of mine purchased this metal car at a yard sale. It was missing one wheel but still looked nice. He brought one of the wheels to me to see if I could print a replacement.

I used a profile gauge to copy the profile and then plotted it on graph paper. Next I entered the coordinates into DesignSpark and then did a rotary extrusion. After some minor tweaking, I had a very close replica of the wheel and hubcap.
