Thing to optimize mount, nozzle, and fan shroud relationship

Need advanced pause enabled in order to insert print nuts. For one model I used square nuts for e3Dv6 boss for the added strength. Mount has fan cutout in latest version to help airflow. The mount is also counter bored to allow for 4mm socket head cap screws.
