Extender for CR10 when you fit an E3D with Titan extruder Hot end

I recently went mad and purchased and fitted a Genuine E3D with Titan Extruder Hot End to my CR10. The first thing I realised is that it is a LOT longer than the original CR10 Hot End, so set to work tomake up an extender to fit on one of the x-Carriage bolts to extend the "feeler" doqn far enough to stop the inevitable hard collision that would otherwise ocurr if I tried to go to Z0.

This is my final result, and it works really well. It has a 1mm serration on the outside face to help loca
