38mm Apple Watch Band Holder

Remixed (from the ground up) based on [as2008schl's](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1197097) design.

Changed the sizing to better fit 38mm Apple Watch Bands.

Also simplified the interlocking pieces to more easily fit together. Some quick finish work with an exacto may be needed if using a raft.
