CR-10s leveling wheel with m4 nut

I've tried some other wheels found here in Thingiverse, but all of them requires the use of original knobs, that, for some reason, don't fit well in printed wheels.
So I've designed a version that require only a m4 nut that, optionally, can be glued with a drop of superglue.
