Gregs wade extruder mount for Folgertech Prusa i3 2020 X-Axis Upgrade Openbuilds V-Slot Rail System with 20mm inductive sensor

This bracket allows use of a gregs wade style extruder, a lj18a3-8-z/bx 18mm inductive sensor and the Folgertech Prusa i3 2020 X-Axis Upgrade (Openbuilds V-Slot Rail System) found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1285301

I found I had much better luck with inductive bed leveling using the lj18a3-8-z/bx sensor but it seems it's not used very often by others so there are not a lot of mounting options available.
