Remixed Flexible Filament Extruder Upgrade for Creality CR-7, CR-10, Afinibot A5, A31

My previous print of this part had broken (my own fault) and now my pneumatic fitting kept losing grip on the tube, ruining prints several hours in. I modified this version to allow for the E3D Threaded Bowden Coupling.

I find I do have to trim the filament at an angle so that the point is on the side of the gear, otherwise it won't feed into the tube easily.
