IKEA MARKUS chair strut spacer

The gas lift strut on my IKEA MARKUS office chair was getting a bit tired, so I figured I'd make some spacers to lock it back in place again and not have to buy a new one or fight with warranty.
These parts are also likely to work with some of the other IKEA office chairs as I believe they re-use the same strut elsewhere; if it's got a 28mm strut inner, it'll probably fit.

The main "chair support" model will snap onto the strut and lock the height to nearly full.
