Fully 3D printed true X racing quadcopter for 5inch props.
Weights under 85 grams, only 2 screws to remove an arm.
I printed it in PETG and it is VERY sturdy when put together, the arms do have some flex but are very hard to break (you'll struggle to break them by hand). The arms are for 22XX size motors (M3 19-16 configuration) and the body fits 30.5mm spacing flight controller / PDB.
I printed the arms with 4 outer shells and 100% infill. I printed the main body 3 shells and 30% infil
