Replacement Actuator Arm for Santa

After several failed attempts to glue this critical part for our robotic Santa after it broke, I decided to make a replacement. It's not an exact copy but has all the relevant functional aspects. Supports are required and I recommend 100% infill due to the high stress on the part.
