Customisable Gear Cogwheel

I wanted to be able to enter the number of cogs and the module of the gear and OpenSCAD should create the gear for me. This way you can stick to a module and just enter the number of cogs to get the right transmission. E.g. Fischertechnik uses the module 1.5

Also I fixed some issues with dimensions because in the original file there was the diameter used as radius.
