T5 5mm wedge bulb to 42MM LED bulb adapter

First attempt at designing an adapter to mount 42mm light bulb into a Toshiba T2 style bulb mount. Unfortunately at this stage, I'm having difficulty securing this into the socket without this adapter falling out.
