Widemouth Mason / Ball jar spout lid and funnel

I use this jar attachment to water my plants, but I can imagine it could be useful for a bunch of other things where a spout would come in handy on a jar. I've split the attachment into two parts for easy printing. I've also put holes for two M2 screws but I only used them to properly align the two parts when I glued them together - they're pretty optional otherwise.
