Mona Lisa - da Vinci Color

This is my first print off the da Vinci Color beta unit. It was only fitting that the first print off the machine named after Leonardo da Vinci be his most famous painting. It is a little bit blurry but that mostly has to do with the lighting.

The da Vinci Color is the first 2d inkjet FDM 3D printer. The machine uses CMYK ink and special ink absorbing PLA. The da Vinci Color works by accepting an obj with its mtl file. It prints the physical layer first then it prints the ink over that layer.
