I use these printed swabs in combination with PEC PAD non-abbrasive wipes and ECLIPSE optic cleaning fluid to clean the sensors of my Canon EOS400D (16mm swab) and my Canon 5D (24mm swab)
There are many youtube movies containing instructions on how to clean your sensors. I put a link here from a youtube movie by Brent Mail and he does a great job in explaining how to clean your dslr sensors and shows how to put the wipe on the printed swab.
