d-bot v-slot RAMPS

Large RAMPS 1.4 box.

The box has also mounts for bed/mosfet MOSFET and plenty of room for cables.
It's also designed to accommodate 60mm x25mm fan.

4 x M5x30mm bolts are required for fixing the fan
4 x M3x10mm bolts and 4 x M3 nuts for the lid
4 x M3x8mm bolts for the MOSFET
