I liked the principle of the original design, but it didn't suit the Volcano hot-end
Re-Modelled to suit Volcano and added ribs to better direct airflow at exits

Rotate so that fan mounting face is flat to bed

I have printed this in PLA and it works really well, would be better in ABS
