Tevo Tarantula Z nut holder with cable hook

My printer setup is made in such a way that the mainboard is behind the printer, which means I have to run the extruder cables over the X axis. So in the process of upgrading the Z axis motor holder, I decided that I would also change the Z nut holder and add it some features I couldn't find anywhere else.
