Christmas tree ornament for reel trees

In order to build this little christmas tree you gonna need a 2,50mm thick sheet of something that can be laser-cuted. Here we use a thin sheet of MDF like (used pcb industry for shipment)

120x120x2.5mm for a single tree
297x210x2.5mm for a pack of 6
Both .dxf are available!

We cut it thanks to a Gravograph LS100IQ with following params:
Power 100%
Speed 15%

We use wood glue to maintain the cohesion of the whole.
