10mm internal diameter conical bush

Designed initially for use with my paint stand to allow different size bottles to be stored this has an internal diameter hole to fit over a 10mm diameter bar, scale to 120% to fit 12mm dia. bar, 150% for 15mm etc.
as it is it should take up the slack between 10mm and anything up to 16mm. because of its conical shape it should work like a wedge.
