Printrbot Simple Pro Shroud for 40mm Fan

I grew tired of hearing the loud 30mm hotend fan, so I made this simple shroud that lets you mount a 40mm fan instead, which are much quieter. You can mount the fan directly without the cover, but the cover helps make it a little prettier and keeps fingers out. This does stick out a bit further than the original shroud, but there is still adequate tweezer access and it doesn't stick out past the base, so it shouldn't interfere with any sort of enclosure.
