UPDATED OpenSCAD/Notepad++ Language File Bluish on White background

Justblair's version was for a black background. I've just taken his great work and changed to a White background with various Bluish highlighed bits.

UPDATED 20130127 to include my version of the Auto-completion xml file. I prefered having it include the open "(" for each key-word, rather than having the 'func="yes" ' style.
