Dell Laptop Power Adapter Cord Wrap

I bought a Dell Latitude Business laptop and it didn't have much in terms of cable management such as velcro straps, etc. I got sick of tangled cords and the power adapter kept getting caught on everything while trying to pull it from the bag.
