Fully customizable spool adaptor

This is a modified version of popemadmitch's Parametric Spool Adaptor allowing customization of more dimensions and using Thingiverse's integrated customization app.
The default dimensions are for a Digistruct spool with an 85mm (!!) inner diameter. I needed to mount it horizontally so Digistruct's adaptors on Pinshape.com were unsuitable because they do not have a flange.
Update: actually the digistruct spools are tapered, 85mm on one side and ~82mm on the other. So I had to print two short
