70mm Fan Holder for Lulzbot A0-101/Mendel

This is a remix of Daubster's "40mm Fan Duct for Mendel, Budaschnozzle".
It uses a 70mm fan and I have it fitted to my Lulzbot A0-101 but should also work for the Mendel with the Budashcnozzle (untested).
It seems to work well and gives a vast improvement on print quality for PLA parts.
I printed with 0.3mm layer height in ABS.
The walls are very thin and the model could do with some neatening up, I just printed it as a one off and cleaned it up afterwards.
