LCD Mount - Narrow base & increased height

A revised version of my LCD mounting plate that mounts in a more restricted position (the Y axis belt mount is off center on my machine). Also removed material to decrease print time and filament usage. This version raises the screen up about 20mm (compared to my other version) to avoid interfering with the print bed.

LCD mount holes: 134mm center to center
Plate mount holes: 110mm center to center
Lower section: 120mm wide
Tilt back of screen: 55Deg
