2-axis clamp for 12864 Graphics Display case AM8 2040 extrusion

Wanted the clamp to have a 2-axis freedom of movement, so remixed the clamp.

You need:

2 M4x30 screws
2 M4 nuts
2 M4 washers (optional)

Have not yet printed it so tolerances might not be perfect (feedback, please).

Installation guidelines: first do the installation of the middle piece to the case, then to the clamp, as the nut will not let the other one go through.

Also remixed the top case cover to add holes to the buzzer.
